Start with the evidence

Read the source links behind an answer. Check that the information is current and relates to the task or meeting you intended. A plausible summary does not settle a missing fact. If evidence is incomplete, ask a narrower question or provide the relevant accessible record before turning the answer into action.

Inspect the exact proposed changes

Look at the target workspace, record, owner, due date and status. Separate a writing suggestion from a change that updates shared work. In the illustrated website example, assigning checkout QA and moving copy to Review are two distinct changes; both should be visible before confirmation.

Confirm the current proposal, then inspect the result

Tavan is an optional paid add-on whose mutating proposals wait for confirmation. Review the current proposal rather than assuming an earlier approval covers a new request. After execution, inspect the result and any reported failure. Vault records and secrets are excluded from automatically gathered Tavan context.
